De eerste carrosserie is klaar, dat wil zeggen de buitenkant. Nu moeten de pluggen en mallen voor de wielkasten en de kettingkapjes nog gemaakt worden.
Tijdens het werk daaraan wordt de carrosserie terug in de mal geplaatst om vervorming te voorkomen.
Om het verschil tussen een grote en kleine Quest duidelijk te maken hebben we ze naast elkaar geplaatst en er wat foto’s van gemaakt.
The first body is finished, I mean the outside. We now will have to make plugs and molds for the wheelboxes and chaincovers.
To do that it needs to be placed back in the mould to avoid deformation when working on those wheelbox plugs.
To put things in perspective we placed the body next to a ‘big’ Quest and took some photo’s.

Thanks for showing the comparison to the current Quest body size. I wonder of any speed differential to the current size, having less frontal area.
I’m also very curious to see what size of rider will comfortably fit in the XS body. With short legs (39″ exseam) I only fit in my Quest (Q281) with modifications to move the seat forward. At 5’9″ and 145lbs (1.7m, 66kg) I hope to fit quite well in the XS Quest.

De verschillen zijn subtiel, maar toch is de XS beslist mooier dan de grote Quest!
